About

Helping Children and Adults Breathe, Sleep and Thrive.

What can Myofunctional Therapy help with? Mouth Breathing Jaw Pain Tongue Thrust Sleep and Breathing Disorders Correct Swallowing Pattern Tongue Posture Snoring Tongue Tie My passion for myofunctional therapy began when a family member close to me needed this specialized care. Experiencing their journey firsthand opened my eyes to the important connection between oral health, breathing, sleep, and overall function—and inspired me to further my education in myofunctional therapy. Today, whether working with a child or an adult, my goal is to provide personalized, compassionate care that supports lasting functional improvement. I’m passionate about empowering patients and families with the knowledge and tools they need to breathe better, sleep better, and thrive. I’m honored to be part of each patient’s journey and look forward to helping you or your child reach your full functional potential.
